"Craft plant fiber or cloth clothing faster and at better quality. Decrease repair penalties and get more from repair kits. Gain skill by crafting and repairing items from this group."

Tailoring is one of the Skills in 7 Days to Die. A survivor can increase his Tailoring level by crafting and repairing Plant Fiber Clothes and Cloth Armor and by spending skill points.

Effects[edit | edit source]

The effects of the Tailoring skill are a shorter crafting time and better item quality when crafting Plant Fiber Clothes and Cloth Armor. The Tailoring skill also has the effects of a shorter repairing time, reduced use of resources and less quality loss when repairing Plant Fiber Clothes and Cloth Armor. The strength of these effects per level can be found in the tables underneath.

It is unknown currently what the Repair Quality Loss figure represents, these figures are completely different from the similar Gun Smithing (Skill), but similar to the other Crafting skills. Repair Time and Repair Amount have a different progression to the previous three attributes.
