Description[edit | edit source]

A Spiked Club is a Melee weapon which can be found throughout the world in 7 Days to Die. It can be crafted using the correct items and is both easy to craft as well as fairly cheap on resources. It is an uncommon weapon and is not too easy to find. This weapon does not require any form of Ammunition. Before being destroyed it is possible to Repair it using Forged Iron. While it cannot be dismantled, it can be scrapped, melted in a Forge or used as a source of Combustible fuel. It no longer exists as a weapon as of Alpha 17, but continues as a mod for the Iron Reinforced club as of Alpha 18.

Unlocking[edit | edit source]

Before being able to craft a Spiked Club, the recipe must be unlocked. This is done by reading the required recipe book.

Combat[edit | edit source]

During combat, a Spiked Club is an effective short range weapon and can kill an average Zombie with one direct hit to the head or seven or more hits to the body. It is more effective against one or two Zombies and will not be very effective when dealing with a group of Zombies at close quarters. It can be used very effectively against single zombies when combined with the stealth of crouching to launch a sneak attack.

Crafting Recipe[edit | edit source]

A player can craft a Spiked Club by searching for Spiked Club in your inventory crafting window search bar.

Repair[edit | edit source]

The condition of a Spiked Club deteriorates with each use until eventually it will be destroyed, before this happens it can be repaired. This can be done using Forged Iron which will restore durability for each one used.

Forge[edit | edit source]

Information in this section needs to be updated:
*1.0lbs of iron

Proposed since February 9, 2016.

It is possible for the player to place a Spiked Club into a Forge and it will be melted down into iron. Each Spiked Club will produce 1.0 lbs of iron.

Scrapping[edit | edit source]

To scrap a Spiked Club, simply click on Spiked Club and select 'Scrap".
