This skill is useful mid game if you have some spare points. If you have been dying a lot this is helpful for increasing health and stamina quickly.

HealthNut is one of the Skills in 7 Days to Die. A survivor can increase this Perk by spending skill points.

Effects[edit | edit source]

The effects of the HealthNut Perk are a higher minimum and maximum Wellness. The strength of these effects per level can be found in the table below.
