Dysentery is a negative buff that is gained through drinking Toilet water, river water, Bottled Murky Water or Canned Murky Water. It will decrease your Stamina at a rate of 1 point every second for a duration of 4800 seconds. This buff lasts a total of 40 minutes and can be cured by drinking Goldenrod Tea or taking Vitamins while it is in it's earliest form. If left untreated it will turn into Advanced Dysentery which can be only cured by Antibiotics.
