The recipe listed above is for crafting a quality 1 Tactical Assault Rifle, which is only possible with the related schematic. After unlocking level 1 of Machine Gunner, the player is able to craft a quality 2 poor Tactical Assault Rifle which requires more materials than quality 1. With each level of the Machine Gunner, the player is able to craft higher quality Tactical Assault Rifles, which require more materials.
